Alas, Sirius Black Fish murdered violently his fourth and final wife, and then died beside her of a broken heart.
I'll stick to goldies from now on.
Received my first German exam grade this morning. I made 108%. :D :D :D
Unfortunately I have hurt my back very badly. The upper back. It hurts very much. I would appreciate a phonecall from some kind soul to tell me how to make it better because it's hard for me to find unoccupied computers to use. It hurts to swallow and take deep breaths a lot. Please help.

We'll keep the heating pad in the car and can bring it by anytime you call.
Go to bed. Rest it as much as possible. It's really the only thing you can do. Bed rest!
I have too much to do and my mattress is so squishy it hurts my back too.
I have to study for math and German exam on Monday and practice lots of new music. :_(
Bad posture at the computer terminal can cause _much_ upper- and middle-back pain. I know that sounds rinky-dink, but I have done it to myself more than once.
Sit straight, keep your shoulders back, keep your head erect (you can adjust the computer monitor to accommodate this). Get up once an hour.
I am _really_ serious.
Also, I suspect that bad posture on the piano bench could contribute as well, but the computer is the real bad guy.
Let me know if I can help.

OK, it may be too late for bed rest to help anyway. Try heat and/or ice.
Try targeted exercise:
